3. Content Ownership and Usage Rights

• Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you create or upload (voice recordings, scripts, animations, avatars).
• By uploading content, you grant Ghost-Mic a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

4. Anonymity and Privacy

• Ghost-Mic is designed to protect creator anonymity. You may use pseudonyms or avatars instead of your real name.
• We do not reveal personal information without your explicit consent, except where legally required.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use Ghost-Mic for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Impersonate other individuals or entities
• Post content that is defamatory, hateful, or infringes intellectual property rights
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit the Platform in any way

6. Monetization and Payments

• Creators may earn revenue through tips, ad revenue sharing, premium content, and merchandise sales.
• Ghost-Mic processes payments through secure third-party providers.
• Revenue shares, fees, and payout schedules are described in your Creator Dashboard and may change with notice.

7. Intellectual Property of Ghost-Mic

• All platform code, logos, design elements, and technologies are owned by Ghost-Mic and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform without written permission.

8. Termination of Account

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or harm the community.
• You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Ghost-Mic is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or that the Platform will meet all user expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Ghost-Mic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
